Accessible and Neurodivergent-Affirming Coaching

Coaching that Honors How Your Brain Works

You don’t need to force yourself to fit into systems that weren’t built with you in mind. I coach neurodivergent and disabled people who want to grow their work in ways that are sustainable, accessible, and aligned with their identity and capacity.

Many neurodivergent folks suffer in workplaces that aren’t designed for our brains, energy, or work styles in mind. Through my lived experience and work with autistic, ADHD, and OCD clients, I’ve learned to navigate these systems and challenges, including:

  • Overwhelm and burnout from competing priorities, sensory overload, or unstructured expectations

  • Executive functioning hurdles, like difficulty with task initiation, planning, and time management

  • Communication barriers with colleagues, managers, or clients who don’t understand neurodivergent processing

  • Difficulty sustaining focus or energy when work environments and structures don’t match your needs

  • Self-doubt or imposter syndrome from constantly adapting to environments not meant for you

From Suffering to Secret Weapon

Incorporating tools from positive psychology and my own experience as a multiply-neurodivergent person, coaching provides a wide range of support, including:

  • Increasing self-acceptance

  • Building on your strengths

  • Designing systems and strategies

  • Prioritizing wellbeing and accessibility

  • Staying accountable

An Affirming Approach

My coaching approach centers on understanding how your brain works, helping you turn your strengths into strategies you can actually use. Together, we’ll build the structures, tools, and confidence you need to thrive without sacrificing your wellbeing.

Ways I Can Help

Each proposal I create is customized and co-created with my clients in a thorough but efficient process. This results in a “right-sized” engagement for your budget and capacity - no “one size fits all” plans here!
